Palmer Psychology - program info

Dr. Palmer is a Colorado native and has been a licensed psychologist since 2006 (Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology). As a retired police officer, Dr. Palmer has a unique perspective and experience to serve emergency responders. Dr. Palmer and her staff of psychologists and therapists use evidence-based practices, combined with a warm and welcoming connection to help you heal from the trauma you have experienced. They regularly work with law enforcement officers, fire fighters, emergency medical providers, dispatchers, victim advocates, other therapists, military service members, and military veterans.

Victoria Bernard, Psy.D. - Dr. Bernard is a psychologist who specializes in helping people recover from trauma, helping individuals and couples thrive in their relationships, attachment, and the LGBTQ+ community. She has worked with individuals and couples who are emergency responders.

Abigail Tucker, Psy.D. - Dr. Tucker is a psychologist who specializes in working with emergency responders and has done this in Florida and Colorado. She helps people with trauma recovery, stress management, navigating workplace conflict, and career development.

Josephine Risk, MA, LPCC - Ms. Risk is a counselor who works with emergency responders and trauma survivors. She is able to help emergency responders recover from trauma, manage stress, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
